exceptional service 12/12/2014

When my tenant called me to inform me of a broken garage door, I did not think too long and chose this garage door company to fix the broken cable. The technician arrived on time and was amazingly friendly, efficient and thorough. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also tried to even out the garage door to make it perfect. It is not very often that one finds such fabulous customer service and has such a warm, friendly and hard working staff! We will definitely recommend this garage door company to our friends!! a very prompt tech 12/10/2014

John showed up between the agreed upon time of 10 AM - 12 PM. I needed a tune-up on my garage door opener. The rollers were no longer rolling, and the chain on the drive shaft was also experiencing issues. John explained to my wife and I our options. We decided to replace the rollers as well as the garage door opener. John completed the work in a timely manner, and was a professional in his interactions with my wife and I. The new garage door opener is quiet, and my family no longer worries that the garage door may not open when needed. Thank you John and this company Overhead garage door service! more

listen to my advice and give this company a try 12/3/2014

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. Noel, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. This is the second time we had this service and I would tell anyone to contact this service. Thanks to everyone we had contact with. I keep the phone number on the inside of my garage. more
