Thanks to everyone who wrote a review. I contacted Bellevue TN Garage Door on behalf of my Land-lady who wanted 'the best deal'. She wanted to use different company I don’t know why. I persuaded her to go with Bellevue TN Garage Door based on the reviews of both companies. Tech arrived when he said he would for the estimate. It was fair and honest. They work was done on time to a very high level and he even got one of the 3 garage door openers hooked up and working. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Guys. more

I had this steel garage door that has not been replaced or repaired in the past 15 years. It was getting old, rusty and had any dents in it. I was in the mood to finally change it. I just so happened to get a hold of this company , and lucky me that I did. They were so nice about helping me find the perfect garage door for me. they provided me a great good warranty deal, so I would not have to worry about it ruining or breaking. Their customer service was profound and i really appreciated their dedication to me. more

My husband only got about 1/4 of the work done to put up a garage door opener in our new home before he deployed. I called these company and the next morning they were here, correcting what my husband did wrong, and finishing the install. They were quick, professional, and a very resonable price! I called Garage Door Service in order to have my garage door reinforced. I have a builder’s grade garage door that seemed very weak in strong winds. My neighbors had theirs reinforced so I thought I would call a local business in order to have the work done. When the repairman came out, he said he is unfamiliar with reinforcing garage doors for strong winds and there was nothing he could do. Realizing that he was unqualified, I decided to settle for the $39 service call. The next day, I had another local service come out and he was very familiar with the repair needed and did so for a reasonable price. He reassured me that "strapping" is a common reinforcement technique. Anyone in the industry is familiar with the repair and should know how to do it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. more
