Fantastic service. I was surprised at how great their customer service was. They were very quick, their representatives were helpful, and their rates were affordable. Greensboro Garage Doors did a magnificent job. He arrived early and had my garage door fix very quickly. I'll use him every time I have a problem. The price was very, very fair. more

Thanks Guys! I was stuck and had to get to work. I called and got somebody to come out immediately. Turns out it was a broken spring, but they got it fixed on the spot. I called around later and found out I got a great price. Now my friends know who to call. more

Just had one of your technician guys leave my home, and they were just installing my new chain drive opener. First, you guys had the best pricing around, and I really appreciate the honesty. The guy did a great job. He knew what he was doing, and got the job done fairly quickly. I thank you guys for everything. more

He came out within the time frame he gave us, so he was on time, and he told us what needed to be done. Our garage door area is older, and there were a few things that were cracked which we hadn't noticed. He showed us what needed to be fixed. He got the job done and cleaned up after himself. The door works very well. He also have us some information about how to take better care of the door as well. His price seems fair. We got good and prompt service for the price. more

They did an amazing job replacing my old door, with my new wooden door. I wanted one that matched my neighbors. They just got a gorgeous wood door put on their house, and you guys did theirs as well. So I asked her, and she gave me you guys number, and I had you guys out the very next week to install my door. I really thank you. Looks great. more

I was going to call 3 companies for estimates, but only made two call. After speaking to the guy over the phone, whom was my second company call, I knew right then that I wanted him to do the service call. He was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what caused the garage door spring to break. I would highly recommend them . more

Great tech 5/23/2013

Tech was very professional and flexible when replacing our garage door. Even though we messed up the original measurements, he figured out a solution and was back within 12 hours with the right door! All of this at a good price. I appreciated his ability to use technology (email/text) as well as phone to figure out details. Most companies are not this responsive. more

Above and beyond. Trust this company! We called them to replace a garage door spring. They were here earlier than promised, and did way more than just the springs - adjusted my GD opener, lubed all the hinges, tightened all the bolts, the whole bit. The man on the phone was very courteous, and the young man who came out and did the job was very friendly and polite. This door doesn't have a lot of life left in it, and I will definitely be calling this company back to replace it when the time comes. more

Friendly.Tech was very clear when it came to price & job details. His quoted price was not one of the cheaper quotes I received, but was well worth it. No hidden fees. Tax included. They replaced our old door, hauled it away, put a new door up with our original garage door opener. The work was done BEFORE the scheduled time and finished promptly 2 hours later. more

I'm a civil engineer by training and detailed oriented. Greensboro NC Garage Doors was time-prompt with the estimate and work on replacing my broken coiled springs of my rolled-up garage door. Replaced a couple of roller brackets for free, tuned opener up, and explained the dos and don’ts of DIY maintenance (most of them makes sense). more

After long months of living in a house with partially broken walls and dusty floors because of all the remodeling we had done, it was a huge headache to get things done around here. My wife and I were almost finished and all we needed was a garage door to complete our masterpiece that we have spent so much time. effort, and money to make perfect. My contractor found us this Garage Doors Repair, and they found us a great deal on our garage door. It was perfect. more

I highly recommend this company. We have several rental houses and have been using Greensboro NC Garage Doors exclusively for at least 6 years now. They are always professional and friendly, but what brings me back again and again is their honesty. It is hard to find a company nowadays that does not try to oversell or deceive the customer. I pray that God continues to bless them as they have been a blessing to me. more

great service 8/14/2012

These guys were awesome. Our garage door was springing back up after it had been "shut" and made a nasty screeching noise. I called the Greensboro NC Garage Doors and they had someone out to the house in 30 minutes, we exchanged niceties, and, he rewired some of the circuits in 15 minutes. It works like a charm now. more
