I recently had them replace a garage door opener and I couldn't be more pleased with their price and service. When Sean the service technician finished installing the opener he spent some time lubricating the existing garage door and tightening the bolts, etc which eliminated every squeak from the probably 20 year old door. Thank you Sean and this company! more

Although the fix on my garage door problem was nothing more than a leaf in the sensor by the door, the technician fixed it and did do some routine maintenance while he was at my house. He was also informative about future issues and I appreciated that he did not try to inflate the price or repairs that were needed as with some other companies that I have out. The technician was very professional. I will call this company for future problems first. more

Just had my second service call from this garage door repair company. Why a second call? Because I was so impressed with Steven's customer service and attention to detail when the garage door needed servicing back in the fall. This time, my garage door spring broke. (Service call in the fall was unrelated to this.) It was a Saturday night. Contacted this garage door repair company via their email contact form. John responded almost immediately. He said he would be able to service the door on Sunday! Steven and John will not only fix your problem, they will explain what caused it and will explain preventative maintenance to you. It is obvious that customer service is a priority with these gentlemen. Their fees are reasonable and they know their business. more

I was having the worst day ever when all of a sudden my garage door decided to start malfunctioning. I whipped out my phone and found this garage door repair company on the internet and expected to get an appointment within a couple of days so was pleasantly surprised to learn that he had an opening spot for the same day!!!! Not only did he show up on time but he fixed my garage door at a reasonable price. He really does know his garage doors and he told me that I should talk to the original company who installed it because it was missing some very important hinges. He could have easily charged me extra for it so I appreciated his honesty. I'm very happy but hopefully I won't have to use him again more
