Not knowing which company was trust worthy to repair our garage door from, this sight helped us alot and the service we received was total satisfactory. They came on time, fixed up and when one of batteries were not functioning, Tech came in 48 hours to replace with a new one, and again on time. more

I highly recommend this company. We have several rental houses and have been using ASAP garage door exclusively for at least 6 years now. They are always professional and friendly, but what brings me back again and again is their honesty. It is hard to find a company nowdays that does not try to oversell or deceive the customer. I pray that God continues to bless them as they have been a blessing to me. more

just great. finally got a new door 6/30/2013

I just purchased a replacement garage door remote control. Over the phone they were very helpful, they had the right item at the right price. She gave me instructions on how to code the new remote, which worked flawlessly. I was very pleased with my experience. more

I had a drunk driver crash into my garage door I was so upset with this that I wanted someone to come see it right away. I read reviews that say how fast and great they are and I thought why not try them? The reviews were all true!! more

Great experience 6/18/2013

Above and beyond. Trust this company! We called them to replace a garage door spring. They were here earlier than promised, and did way more than just the springs - adjusted my GD opener, lubed all the hinges, tightened all the bolts, the whole bit. The man on the phone was very courteous, and the young man who came out and did the job was very friendly and polite. This door doesn't have a lot of life left in it, and I will definitely be calling this company back to replace it when the time comes. more

They recommended by my neighbor, and it was a good recommendation. Tom is the first garage door service person I'd ever encountered whom I trusted was doing the right thing for me. He delivered great, timely service, and gave me a great deal with a great warranty. I'd recommend him to my friends. more

As good as it gets. I had a broken spring and needed some general adjustments and oil. I called today at 8am, they were at my house by 9am and less than an hour later my garage was working like new. They replaced the large spring and made adjustments, total bill as $250. Great/friendly service, highly recommended. more

I can't say enough good things about our experience with this Garage Door. They were professional, efficient, and most of all honest and upfront. Tech was neat, courteous and very knowledgeable in his profession. The experience was just one of those that you just have to tell others about. We felt like the winners that day! Will we use them again if we ever need garage door work in the future??? Without question!!! more

I am happy with the results. When my garage door broke down, I did not know what I was going to do. I called this company and they sent someone out to check it out. They found that the opener was broken and they sold me a new one for a cheap price. more

I'm so happy with the repairs this company made for me. 2/7/2013

Had 2 springs replaced, called around, they had a very good price. No high pressure sales, just honest, fair prices. I had a different door than usual, and they needed to make another trip, but no charge until they were completed. They even tried to make my door usable until they could get the parts, and this was on a Sunday! They don't charge extra for weekends, thats a plus. Overall a good honest company, I recommend them. more

I found ASAP Garage Door based on these internet reviews.He just fixed my garage door. It was a simple fix, but he took time to explain in detail how to prevent it from happening again and even gave me some garage door openers. He's really friendly, has a good sense of humor, and is punctual. I plan on hiring him again for a garage door replacement in the future. If you need your garage door fixed! more

I could not be happier with your service!. The initial call was answered by one of the owners, then Tech showed up shortly thereafter for the repair job. He did an outstanding job replacing the spring and fixing an original install issue. Another pleasant surprise was there was NO surprises on the invoice especially since this was a Sunday call for service. I'll tell everyone I know about your fine customer service and expert repair! more

professional technicians 8/15/2012

I called them based on a reference from a neighbor. We had both garage doors in need of service. Right from the first phone call I was impressed by their professionalism. I expected it to be days before I could get scheduled for service but I had a tech here within a couple of hrs more
