You walk in the door, don't see anyone around, no one greets you. There's no receptionist. You don't know what to do. Should you sit on the few uncomfortable chairs in what looks like the waiting area? But you want someone to know that you are there. So you say, into the air, ""Hello.."" No one answers. Then someone comes out from some back room, starts doing some little task, ignores you.
Pros: not crowded
Cons: They don't think that they owe potential customers common courtesy.
