I shopped Serpentini along with Pat O'Brien and Spitzer and Serpentini had the lowest price by far ($800 less than the one price Pat O'Brien). I found everyone to be very friendly...

The facility is very nice and thats where good things about this place end. The people behind desk are not very friendly, they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. ...

I shopped Serpentini along with Pat O'Brien and Spitzer and Serpentini had the lowest price by far ($800 less than the one price Pat O'Brien). I found everyone to be very friendly and attentive. I since have gone there for service and was treated wonderfully. I Highly recommend Serpentini Chevrolet in Aurora. more

They are OK! 12/5/2005

The facility is very nice and thats where good things about this place end. The people behind desk are not very friendly, they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They also dont have very big selection of new cars. I would rather go with Spitzer Chevrolet. more
