very unprofessional,bad customer service,unreliable....pls..pls..pls don't go for them.Had shipped my complete household stuff from them.First of all they send only one guy for the packing and loading for which they have said they will send 2 guys.First of all One guy for loading sofa and bed was wrong.While loading my new sofa their was big tear then we called his owner Mr.Mushir who is the boss of the cheaters came and said we will repair it fully.\r 2nd thing which he mentioned was the delivery date was comitted wrong they took my stuff from my house on 6th dec and said will deliver by the end of jan.By the end of the jan when my stuff didn't reached we tried to contact him from india as by that time we were moved to india he was not responding my mails not even picking my ph calls after 100 of mails we asked our US frnds to contact him with different numbers but he was giving them different different status to all my friends till the end of feb he not even bothered to respond to my mails neither he picked my ph.Till then we were sleeping with my two little kids on the floor as we had already paid him 2000$ in adv full amount so didn't want to spend further in furniture expecting that we will get all the stuff on time.Still we are waiting for our stuff without knowing that whether we will receive it or no.He is a big cheater pls..pls..don't do the same mistake as we did...beware of them!! more

Excellent Professional service and very reasonable rate.\r I just wanted to write to say thank you very much for the excellent service we received from Gandhi Int'l Shipping. We had choose door to door service with all the charges were included and only customs duty we paid to their agent in India as we had few electronics (55"" LED TV and Bose Home Theatre System). The guys who came to Pack our Furniture were very careful with our belongings and did the great work with a smile! It made the whole move much more pain and stress-free than we could have hoped for. I would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends or family. I hope you know that your movers provide a service that is badly needed with a quality anyone can be more than proud of. I was Relocating from Chicago to Hyderabad, India for my new Job and need to move everything from my 4br House and looking for professional movers and found a small AD on local news paper and visited their office to check their service and rates. They are very professional, courteous and explained me in detail the whole process of my relocation and cost involved. So I agreed to ship 40FT container with them with full service as DOOR - DOOR shipment and they sent the packers on Jan 19 2012 to pack all my furniture and took 7 hrs to finish packing and next day they sent the 40FT container with loading guys and within few hours I was done with the shipment, everything that needs to sent was in container and was sealed so nobody can open the container during route. My container arrived Hyderabad on Feb 27 2012 and after customs clearance (too much paperwork is involve) and it took 3 days to clear and I receive my shipment on Mar 2 2012 and everying is in excellent condition and Gandhi Shipping did the great job as they promised and agreed upon. I would definately recommend to my friend and community to go with local company such as Gandhi Shipping to move thier personal stuff back home. I shipped with Gandhi shipping to Montenegro 40foot container and I am very happy with their service. First I was worry how they load my car and furniture but after I got my container everything was in good condition and most important the time they promised 6 weeks. If you are thinking of doing business with these people, please move on to another freight forwarder. This guy lies through his teeth. He tries to charm you by throwing in ""my friend"" in every sentence. First sign that something is not right with this guy. You are better off going directly to who he deals with, JT Worldwide Corporation in Bensenville. I shipped a container to Montenegro and this guy wouldn't pay the shipping company for 2 months! No container will be released until all parties have been paid in full. Stefan didn't pay JTW and stalled my container's release for a week while it sat at the port.
