I took my daughter's WII to the guys at Gamexpress on Aug 10,2009. I got a free repair estimate the next day.The work was completed on time and at a cost that was better than expected. I would recommend them to all my friends. more

I recently took my PS3 for Disc Error problem. I told them that I drove all the way from the woodlands. They went out of their way to accomodate my request and fixed my PS3 on the same day. I am extremely satisfied withe the overall experience I had at Gamexpress and would I recommend them to all my friends. Where else can you have anything electronic repaired on the same day without any appointement. To me that's excellent service. Pros: Local, Fast service, reasonable more

Don't take your system here if you want to get it back in any sensible amount of time. I took my system here and was promised a response within 5 days with an estimate. It was 7 days before I got an estimate, and that was after I had to repeatedly call them on that last day to get that estimate. \r Right now we are on day 13 and I still don't have my system back. What's worse, they are charging the same amount that the actual manufacturer would have charged. Do yourself a favor, and just send it back to the original manufacturer. You will get your system back faster and it will be guaranteed. Not sure what kind of operation these guys are running. Pros: You don't have to mail it out Cons: Took forever, not cheaper, not guaranteed work more
