This is a small but well supplied store. They have many new and used games as well as a very good selection of consoles. The staff seems to be knowledgeable. I was very surprised though when after my wii broke within 30-days exchange period (as stated on sale receipt) it was a major hassle to replace it. Staff was very hesitant to replace the system, and although eventually the manager agreed to replace just the console without cables or any other accessories, in the exchange process I lost the game that was loaded in the unit. Apparently there was no way for them to open wii in the store. They called me on the next day and told me that the unit was empty, but I we only played this one game I am 100% that the game was loaded. They suggested that I purchase a replacement, but then when I showed up in the store they did not have any available. Finally I called Nintendo and was offered free replacement, but in general I was very disappointed with GameStop's response.
