The employees are very rude the few times I have been in there. Also two times I have bought games on sale and was charged full price and had to argue with the cashier to get my discount they had advertised. Just horrible service I'm done shopping there! more

Tried charging me more money. 12/22/2011

I bought Boarderlands from gamestop they was having a sell but I was charged full price the cashier argued with me about it and after doing that for 5 minutes the manager came up and gave me the discount but how many people did they rip off that didn't pay attention? more

horrible service 12/22/2011

I went to Game Stop because they was having a sell on borderlands (NEW) for xbox 360. There was not that many people there but I was ignored for about 10 minutes and then a guy came out of the back and was very rude with me. I bought the game and seen the game wasn't in the wrapper. It was sealed with a sticker not factory sealed I asked why I am not getting the new game like I was paying for I was told they open them then seal with a sticker is store policy I feel like I was ripped off. more
