Never had a problem until today...went in to buy new games and trade in some old ones...the young guy at the counter was rude and hateful...my husband asked him if he was having a bad day and he smart mouthed "yes I am"...my husband said well i hope it gets better and he said "well it won't"...we looked around for a min and the more i thought about how rude and hateful he was the madder I got...i asked him how much credit the games were and it was a joke and most of them were purchased within the last 2 months...we did not purchase any games and took back our other ones...we will not be back to this business...... we have spent over $500 just this last month on games...so their loss... more
