So-so service, full retail pricing 11/11/2005

I frequent these video game stores only when there is a new game or game console coming out that I have to have. When I was younger, these kinds of store were the only places to get information about new games, but now that we have the internet, the only compelling reason I can see to visit is to reserve a new game or console.. I've been in this particular store probably four or five times. I've never had a "great" customer service experience, and once or twice I felt the sales guy was irritated to answer my questions. PROS: You can reserve new stuff coming out CONS: Expensive. Inconsistent service more

Not good at being helfpul on when a game will come out, I can find out more at the big retailer than a store that should specialize in this sort of thing. I will not buy from. more
