re: second location Edison Mall 11/11/2007

The "Kids" at Edison mall may actually play the games- but they are also rude lazy punks who have no problem, lying and or blowing you off if they feel like it.\r \r it should also be noted that when buying or selling your games you should always be aware of what you should be paying and receiving respectively. The employees at both Edison Mall locations have a nasty habit of giving the wrong change back or not applying promotions.\r \r The location inside the Mall is the worst of the two- "Ray" is an older man there who is to be avoided at all costs. He is obviously jaded- and the number of times he has "mad a mistake" involving my change makes me wonder if he makes a little extra by shortchanging people.\r \r Other locations in the Ft. Myers area I have had no problems with at all. For the most part the staff is as nice as you can expect part-timers to be- and they always give the right change amounts and credit amounts. more
