This store is usually pretty good as far as service is concerned. They are prompt to give you help when needed and quick to give you your pre-orders.\r
My only issue is that they won't let me return my game as well as my husbands game at the same store. A worker rudely required me to take mine to gamestop downstairs because of their hidden 'can't return two of the same game" \r

I asked to see the manager who knows us and knows we have two xboxs and he told us the man no longer worked there. When I went to do the survey to complain, they list the manager as still working there. Therefore being lied to also.
