I have been shopping at Game Trader for years and have never really came across any problems that are in there control great place to hang out you can try the game (if used) to see if u like it they sell for just about every console and even other games such as board games (magic DND etc) and also use to host a Halo contest to let people have fun and have a chance to win prices (BTW Nate u need to try to get that back XD) and very spacious lots of product and they take care of there customers i HIGHLY recommend this store to gamers and recreational players Pros: Great customer service managment and owners loyal to custome Cons: none more

Being a video game enthusiast for over 15 years, it was nice to finally walk into a game store that resembled the old game stores, and not the corporate owned "Game Stop." On my first visit, the staff was very busy, but very accommodating, and answered all my questions. I also enjoyed the fact that they are one of the only retailers to allow clients to play used games prior to purchase, just like the old game shops. I hate driving home, playing the game, and hating it due to my personal tastes and expectations, only to find a wasted all that money. They have a wide selection of games, consoles, accessories, etc. which go far beyond the newest consoles found in other games stores today. I also appreciate how they manage their inventory. I was interested in a used game that was on their inventory for a while, and they offered to cut me a break in the price. In addition, they were willing to work with what I was willing to spend dependent on how much I was buying (and I was only inquiring on two games and a controller at the time). Their used game prices are very reasonable, and you will save more than a piddly $4 on a newer saved game which is all you will save at Game Stop (only enough to cover taxes). I will definitely be a return and regular customer of this store. Pros: Large range of products Cons: Convenient for those who live up north more

In responce to the last feedback. I remember the woman who wrote the review. Unfortunatly I was short staffed that morning. And she expected to be waited on before customers that were in the store first. I asked her for help and she got ugly and stormed out! As far as pocketing Money? I pay my taxes and have for the 12 years in buisness! Sometimes when I am buisy and a child does not have enough co cover the price of a used game I will cut a deal and at the end of the day the sales are rung into the register! So I guess my kind hearted actions were seen as theft? Sorry (MOMwithBRATS) that did not happen the day you were in my store, you must have read the other negative review and jumped on the bandwagon! I have had tens of thousands of Happy customers over the past 12 years! As for people like you, don't let the door hit you in the rear and please take your Money to Wall-mart ! The owner pocketed over 30 dollars for used games when I ook my sons in there to buy birthday presents. How is this man still in business when what he is doing is so illegal? He is profiting on the cash with no receits to track it and possibly not claiming this on his taxes? At least walmart gives receits! Pros: none Cons: bad owner bad business more

I have been shopping at this store for years. They have the best selection (if they dont have it the owner can try and order it in for you), great customer service. They have anime, video games, and magic the gathering tcg(also places for people to play games video, board or cards open to the public). As for the trades the they do give good trades they are constantly keeping up on the prices of thing. it is unfortunate some times when a game you just bought a few weeks ago drops in price so the trade is lower than you hoped for but it not their falt for the price droping. If its anyones it the box stores like walmart that are to blame for you game being worth less ontrade because they droped its price on their shelves. The only thing i have ever seen that was bad was not the store but the cusomers trying to rip off the store by trying to start fights with the people working there. like the last one I saw was this lady and her kid were going threw and trying to get free games from the place by pulling the whole thing of "oh i just got this on friday (its now monday btw) and its freezing up". the guy working cleaned up a disk that was covered badly with greasey finger prints and no scratches( i saw the disk) and asked them to try it in there machine. they refused and started to make a fuss of " we want a diffrent game not the same one"( and for the people that dont know the law its against fedral copy right law to exchang open media for a diffrent one). Went in twice. The first time to buy the second to trade. The first the sale rep or whatever he is looked away from a game he was playing only to say "How's it going." before returning his gaze back into the game he was playing not to say anything else that day. The sellection was about 2 times larger than a gamestop but the prices were all higher. Didn't buy anything that day due to being ignored. 2nd time I brought in a few games where they did a "straight trade" of three of my games for one of theirs, which was fine but they never gave me a reciept. Then before I left I saw a scruffy heavy man "The owner I assume" sell a few games for cash without taxes and pocket the money instead of giving reciepts. Shady business indeed. Will drive to 120th and Wadsworth from now on to go to game stop. Gas may be more but at least I get a smile and a fair "legal" deal. Pros: Can be cheaper if you're not moral Cons: Horrid customer service, High prices, Low trade value. more
