Being a video game enthusiast for over 15 years, it was nice to finally walk into a game store that resembled the old game stores, and not the corporate owned "Game Stop." On my first visit, the staff was very busy, but very accommodating, and answered all my questions. I also enjoyed the fact that they are one of the only retailers to allow clients to play used games prior to purchase, just like the old game shops. I hate driving home, playing the game, and hating it due to my personal tastes and expectations, only to find a wasted all that money. They have a wide selection of games, consoles, accessories, etc. which go far beyond the newest consoles found in other games stores today. I also appreciate how they manage their inventory. I was interested in a used game that was on their inventory for a while, and they offered to cut me a break in the price. In addition, they were willing to work with what I was willing to spend dependent on how much I was buying (and I was only inquiring on two games and a controller at the time). Their used game prices are very reasonable, and you will save more than a piddly $4 on a newer saved game which is all you will save at Game Stop (only enough to cover taxes). I will definitely be a return and regular customer of this store.
Pros: Large range of products
Cons: Convenient for those who live up north
