4 hour trip, because the 12 hour trip was cancelled.\r

My grandson & I spent 4 hours on the “bay fishing” boat. Of the 4 hours we had our lines in the water maybe 1.5 hours. The rest of the 4 hours were spent driving to the first fishing spot, attempting to anchor the boat, moving to the next spot, attempting to anchor the boat & finally the 3rd & last spot, attempting to anchor the boat. If you enjoy waiting for the captain to anchor the boat this is the trip for you. If you want to catch fish spend your time & money on a different boat. The weather & current were calm; however most of our time was spent attempting to anchor the boat\r

The deck hands were great, they were very helpful. The office personal should attend a customer service class, as their enthusiasm & greeting skills are better suited for a mortuary than an entertaining on the water experience. We had stopped by on Monday to get reservations, however the person at the counter (white man with a fish ring) stated that we should call back rather than book the reservation in person. We attempted to set our reservation on their website; however their response was to call them not email the information. Their phone was busy for most of Monday afternoon as I noted on the email, that I sent to them. The bottom line is you MUST call them by phone to get a reservation\r
