I received a gift card for the Galleria and it was the best gift I got for Christmas. The service was just perfect. I am now a regular customer.

Worst

Most spas and hair salons are offering specials for December...I was a little disappointed that Galaria is not! Even a 10% off services (cut or color, products too) would be nice ...

Excellent afternoon! 1/4/2012

My massage was the best. From the moment I checked in everyone was professional and courteous. Brandon was very qualified and cordial. He worked hard to meet my needs and send me out relaxed and reinvigorated. He succeeded on all fronts. I recommend this spa to all. I will be back! more

Galleria 1/2/2012

My facial by Heidi was fabulous and both me and my daughter's full body massages were great as well. However, I am extremely disappointed in my daughter's acne facial. Her facial consisted of the extraction of her acne with a sharp object which in turn has left horrible looking dark marks on her face that I really hope will go away one day. I would never recommend an acne facial to anyone!!! The Spa should either re-think offering this service or give warnings to customers before the treatment is given. more

Everyone at the Galaria are very nice and the place is extremely relaxing. Emily the colorist and stylist that did my hair was great. The color and cut are amazing. You get what you pay for! more

Very relaxing experience 12/18/2011

Had a great massage the other day. Dee, my massage therapist listened to my concerns and used just the right amount of pressure to relief my tight shoulders. I felt so much better after the hour treatment. more

Pam R. and the staff at the Galleria are the BEST!! 12/17/2011

I have long hair and I'm ALWAYS anxious about getting my hair cut but Pam does an amazing job everytime. Fifi, the young lady who washed my hair, was fabulous as well. I have fibro so she was super gentle and messaged my neck while she cleaned my hair. My haircut and highlights look so good that 2 people have already asked me where to go to get their done the same way, and I just got my hair cut less then 48 hours ago! I hope this helps anyone on the fence. I completely recommend a visit to the Galleria! :D more

Relaxing Pedicure 12/14/2011

I have been receiving services from the Galleria Spa for many years. My girlfriend & I received pedicures in the new pedi chairs. Honestly, I felt like I should pay extra for the massage the new chairs provided! :) I always receive friendly, professional service from the entire staff at the Galleria Spa. more

I have been going to the Galleria for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Marissa and the crew are friendly and more than competent. They genuinely get excited for you and your 'do. I like to experiment with different colors and Marissa is more than up to the task and she's not afraid to ask coworkers for their opinions on products. This helps me get the best and prettiest hair.
