Bill Gripp was an excellent sales associate. He showed us a vehicle on Thursday evening and though he knew I was a military officer, he recommended that I come back the next day after thinking about my decision. He did not pressure me, but informed me of all of the pros and cons of the Kia Sorento vs the Kia Sedona. He also gave me information to take home and read (brochures). He also answered all of my questions. He understood my needs as an married soldier based upon his years of experience in the Marine Corps. He is compassionate, knowledgable, and approachable. We were treated as first class and overall enjoyed our experience more than any other buying experience.
