Kevin Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! 3/16/2012

I have been going to Madsen's Tires for about 8 years now. They have gone thru 4 of my cars! My last car my great lil' Neon had a major oil leak. Had a mechanic come to my home and replaced an O ring only for it to last 1.5 days till it started to blow oil again. I took it to Madsen's and Kevin found the issue, my oil sensor had a crack it in. He drove all over Round Rock to find this special part and found it! Replaced it and added oil and even aired up my tires, because he's a great customer service guy! Thank you Kevin and Madsen tires. Honest Work at an Honest Price 2/24/2012

This shop is right in the heart<3 of downtown Round Rock. They offer honest work for an honest price! When you leave this shop, you don't have to worry about being ""taken to the cleaners"" because that's not how they do it there! They will tell you exactly what needs to be done to keep your car in good condition. more

Best shop in town 2/10/2012

These guys are the best tire shop in town by far! They always give you the best rates on fixes (sometimes free), tires, and alignments. Told my mom about it and now it's her favorite. She is the most difficult woman to please in the greater Austin area! Highly recommend them to everyone! more

Poor Service 6/1/2011

do youself a favor and go somewhere else to have your tires worked on. . These guys stink. You know if they would 1.Prioritize there customer wait times., and not try to work on 5 cars at one time using only one set of tools maybe they would be better at getting people out the door. Those guys used to be good, but ever since they lost the guy with the short broken arm , there service is crap DONT DO IT. . more

  • Galaxy Automotive was established in 1999 in Tustin, California by Danny Raygoza and Cesar Perez, and the shop there is still thriving today. Danny came to the Austin area in 2012 and opened the first Galaxy Automotive location at 4507 Airport Blvd., Austin, TX. With the experience and expertise of 25 years in the auto repair business, Danny was able to open two additional locations, one in Round Rock, TX and another in Austin off of Mopac near 360. We have added staff with combined 75 years of experience in the automotive industry in at the Anderson Lane location.
