I found Gail Belsher PhD's workshop in Trinity to be refreshing and insightful. It was powerful to do this work in such a large group, and I found Gail Belsher PhD to be supportive and attentive to all of us even though she had to hold the space for such a huge number of people. Powerful insights emerged for all during this experience, the effects of which stayed with us for a long time. more

After the first session, I was able to reduce my pain by half, and in two subsequent sessions reduce the pain further – not only while under hypnosis, but 24/7. As a result of this pain reduction, my energy has greatly increased, much to my surprise. I have spoken with other patients of Ms. Braun who have achieved similar results and can highly recommend her services to other patients struggling to live with pain, While my renewed vigor and pain free body seem like a dream, they are real; this non-invasive treatment has greatly increased the quality of my life and improved my ability to work with patients and their families. more

My experience working with Gail Belsher PhD Braun has been very powerful.We worked together for three sessions in person and then for many, many weeks over a long distance. Gail Belsher PhD's ability to focus on my situation and send me healing energy even over a span of thousands of miles has been quite remarkable. I have felt her warmth and encouraging presence with me in the mornings as I have awakened. I have felt her energy coming to me like gentle waves coming onto a shore. It has been a steady and comforting presence that has been helping me to loosen the knots of my fears. I'd been experiencing numbness in my abdomen for 10 years subsequent to major surgery. This was dangerous because I wasn't even aware of pain in that area and could injure myself without realizing it. The doctors told me they could do nothing. After a couple of hypnotherapy sessions with Gail Belsher PhD I was able to go back in memory in hypnosis to early childhood experiences. The sessions helped me to understand and heal old imprints and wounds and bring me to forgiveness and peace and a new understanding. She helped me find the underlying subconscious beliefs that caused feelings of unworthiness that had been affecting me all my life. I am now free of those negative, self-limiting, though subconscious causes, thanks to Gail Belsher PhD's intuition and skills. more

I am doing well, and the reason I know this is due to the fact that I don't think about being scared anymore. I don't wake up laying in bed wondering who is outside trying to break in. And when I hear a noise it doesn't bother me. I still practice the relaxation techniques you gave me so I don't think I am cured, but it seriously doesn't limit me or bother me anymore, thanks to you. more

I came to Gail Belsher PhD with the will to quit smoking and I did it. With Gail Belsher PhD's help and hypnotherapy I found a healthy way to overcome my nicotine addiction and I'm loving the non smoker way of life. Now I'm even making more healthy choices about eating and moving - breathing more! Thank you for the air, for the exercises and for just being here with me. more

I came to Gail Belsher PhD because reaching a higher level of fitness is very important for my health. We chose to focus on exercise. In just a few sessions, our work together not only made a tremendous difference in my motivation but I had an unexpected breakthrough with a life-long obstacle that has now simply dissolved. I contacted Gail Belsher PhD to help me quit smoking. That was easily accomplished but what I learned was far more valuable. He taught me to relax in a way i didn't think was possible. If everyone learned to relax the world would be a better place. more

I was 8lb 6oz and arrived at 10.40 on the 20th April, I played the CD you gave us during labour and it was absolutely amazing, just a totally different experience from Fenella’s birth. I managed with out any drugs, I did not tear, but what was totally amazing, was how well I felt after and how alert he was. I was able to enjoy my baby. more

Since our final session a week or so ago, my mood has definitely 'lifted', I'm much more relaxed generally and I've had NO anxiety/panic attacks. I've also been out for a drive a couple of times over the last week, the last time being on Tuesday. more
