Gagne Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

My system wasn't cooling I called my usual contractor, they were 3 weeks out. I searched for a reputable local firm and called Gange Heating and Air LLC. Surprisingly, Gagne was able to service my system with 4 hours of my call, happily I scheduled the appointment. Afterward, I read the previous review questioning their integrity which caused me great concern. I immediately called Gagne to cancel my appointment; Mr. Gagne assured me that as usual, there are two sides to any story; I agreed to proceed with the service call. My wife called me an hour after the appointment praising the prompt, professional service we received from Mr. Gagne. Moral of the story here is one unfair review almost caused an injustice to Gagne Heating and Air but moreover, to me. I'm more than happy to pay for fast, honest and reliable service, and that's exactly what we received on 5/29/2012. Pros: null Cons: null more

The service took all of 10 minutes. The only issue with my unit was the AC Capacitor which I found out was a $31 part. I was charged $90 for labor and I'm fine with that, but I was charged $157 for this ac capacitor. That's just absolutely wrong. They were nice, but there is no need to over charge people in this fashion. more
