Well , we listened to the good reviews and should have realized that when there is more than one bad review and some good reviews, your flipping a coin. We contacted the village and they wouldn't Pros: Great talker, if that's what you need. Cons: Talk isn't what you need when building your new home ! more

New home builders. 5/10/2007

These brothers were great. We could not be happier. As stressful as building our first home was, we could not have done it without the Gaglianos - on time and on the price. They also backed their home warranty 100% as promised. Nice guys too! You won't be disappointed. more

I would like to add our experience to the very satisfied side. We researched, we asked the village and we went with our gut. I don't think you can take one unsatisfied customer (yes, we read the very similiar reviews) and generalize. We love our home and the whole experience with the brothers was true to their word and very professional. I do not know what else to say. I guess when all goes well, that says it all. Pros: pros all the way more

Unhappy homeowner 1/4/2007

These guys made our life miserable with constant delays and increased costs for everything. No one should go through all the problems we had to get their house built. I talked with other homeowners and they went throught the same ordeal with Gagliano Builders. Make sure you contact the Village Hall where you're building before hiring any builder and get good recent references. Pros: they are good talkers Cons: late - prices change - poor workmanship more

Gagliano builders did a great job with our home. The advice that was given was appreciated. As we came to know them better we felt very confident in their understanding of building. One of the brothers were always at the sight when their was a major decision or work to be done. They always made sure the contractors were doing a good job. The repore we had with Gagliano Builders was honest and professional, We are happy in our beautiful new home. We would like to add that we were shocked to see any neg. reviews. If you like to baby sit ! Have all the time in the world ! Like to keep making phone calls and never receive one back ! Like to fix things yourself. Against warranty. This is the builder for you. more
