I have been shopping there since I was 10 in 1970! Although I have move out of town, I still shop there and get fabric and prices you will NEVER find anywhere else . But Ms Joann could not be a worse representative of the establishment. Anyplace else would have fired her long ago. She is rude to customers who have been coming there long before she even worked there ! She is rude to the staff right in front of customers! Please go back to Fabric Factory or. Whereever she worked ! But I will always come back here to shop. Matter of fact that is why I am in town today! Hi Mr Gaffney!!! more

the sales prices were very reasonable. the service was very good . i will become a repeat customer. Pros: sales persn was very kind and knowlegeable. Cons: i don't have any negative comments. more
