I've been to Cherry Hill Dental for over eight years. Never had a problem or bad experience with the way I was treated by office staff, assistants or dentists. I have had orthodontic work, crowns, periodontal treatment, at Cherry Hill and actually enjoyed the experiences. I enjoy the people and appreciate the excellence. more

I love Cherry Hill Dental. The staff is super nice and Dr. Tony does amazing work. I have Delta Dental Insurance which covers my cleaning in full and then my fillings were cheaper because they do adjustments for people with Delta Dental insurance. I'm going to be gettting Invisalign once I get my taxes back this year and I can hardly wait. Dr. Mary saw me for my cleaning and she did a really good job. I told her she had a nice first name... because I am named Mary too :) more

This was a really bad experience for our first time at a pediatric dentist. We were told our son needed a cavity filled on one of his baby teeth and it would be covered by insurance. However they used a different, more expensive fill material then was covered and we ended paying hundreds out of pocket. Later we found out that some dentists wouldn't even have recommended filling a cavity on a baby tooth for a five year old. On top of we were left feeling like they didn't care that they messed up what they used and just wanted money. We were left feeling like they were unwilling to work with us on having to pay a large unexpected expense that we felt was their fault. We were heavily given the impression that if we didn't pay immediately we would be dealing with legal reprecussions. We will not be going to Cherry Hill again. more

I just had a gingival graft on my lower front teeth and the whole process was AMAZING. I love Dr. Tony. I went in and they put a blanket on me and got me numb and then they took tissue from the roof of my mouth and transplanted it to my front teeth to cover some exposed root surface. I thought I would be dying today from the pain but it doesn't even hurt. He was very gentle and took his time. I think maybe that is why it isn't hurting today. At any rate, very nice people and worth every penny in my book. more

I will admit I hate going to the dentist as much as I hate paying taxes but when I come into Cherry Hill Dental they are so welcoming and sweet. The dentist that did my fillings was very gentle and fast. I was in and out in less than an hour! That is great for a dental appointment. more

They are one of only a few were you can go and walk out with a crown the same day and not just a partial. I also know that they have done a great deal of free services to children and adults needing help. They give very generously to community events and auctions. more

Took my 15 yr old daughter for 6 month checkup. Had a small cavity and they had a chair open to fill it that day. We live 45 mins away so glad we didn't have to make another trip. Care is always personal, upbeat staff, very high tech, and My Daughter likes the staff and the care they give her. Dr Mary always remembers her. She likes going to the dentist! more

I love it here. There's never a long wait before your appointment like most doctor/dentist offices have. It's nice not to have to spend the entire day trying to get my teeth cleaned. more

Really impressed 4/9/2012

I am really impressed with the upgrades that they have made to the establishment with regard to technology and customer service. All the reminders can be a bit over the top but that's tolerable in exchange for some great service. more

They don't listen to the patient! 3/21/2012

I will never go back to Cherry Hill Dental! The first and last time I went there they were rude. I have a space between my two front teeth where the bonding was erroding and I asked them during a routine cleaning to please not clean in between my two front teeth because I didn't want the bonding to come out anymore than it already had. The hygienist said that is how they do it and it will be fine, completely ignoring my request. I left there so enraged I swore to tell everyone who talks about using a dentist to stay away from Cherry Hill Dental. I went they first opened so their customer service should have been exceptional, but it was horrible. I now go to Clark Arthur and he is wonderful! I feel like I am heard. If I am not happy with how a tooth has turned out (because I have a lot of bonding) he has fixed it for free! more

""They confirm the app several times beforehand, so I never forget. I never sit in the waiting room for very long. The hygienist is always very careful, I never feel pain of any kind. I'm prepped. The doctor comes in and has great personality, great bedside manner. Maybe I get x-rays, maybe they do a gum check; I get cleaned, polished and a bag of goodies (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) to go. Greatest experience at the dentist ever! "" more

Awesome Staff 3/13/2012

Had routine cleaning visit last week. Ashley, Jamie and Andrea all very professional- cheerful, efficient and determined to do everything right. Very impressive. I was also impressed that Bethany, who has been the hygienist I have drawn most often during my time as a CHD patient, stopped by to say hi. Thanks for making a dentist visit kind of pleasant. more

Professional Office 2/14/2012

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. more
