My Daughte-in-law to be had an appointment to have her hair done on June 3rd. We also had an appointment on June 6th, her wedding day. She is from out of town and the appointment was made well in advance. One the 3rd. was the trial run for her hair, just to see what it would look like, and what all the stylist would have to use and do. She wanted a 1920's finger curl hair style. Not a easy style to do, but we were told they could do it. They did not have the product to do the hair properly, and the styist said she should go some where where they do this style all the time! I wish they did not have this attitude and just tell us they could not do the stye in the very beginning. This was suppose to be a fun day to treat the Bride. Then the Receptionest for that afternoon told us at the desk, she could do the style. Gave us her card and said to call her cell phone. She never called us back, not even to say, I can not do it. Lesson well learned, that's why they call it a trial run hair style. If not working with professionals you will be disappointed.
