this is in responce to the winer about his damaged yamaha. first, this customer pulls up in a rented u-haul truck to pick up his new snowmobile that we kept in our warehouse free of charge for 1 year, so god knows how he unloaded it at his destination.second, when we followed up on his complaint we told him to bring it back and if we did in fact damage it we would make it right. he refused so he sent us pictures and believing him at his word we sent the new parts to correct the damage and he refused the ups packages. here we go . he then calls yamaha and tells them we were unwilling to help. bold face lie!!! yamaha decides to send this clown not 1 but 2 different new snowmobiles after he refused the first one. imagine that.... then they send a second one (which is a year newer that the one he purchased) guess what...? he refused that one too.... so then this stalker contacts the nys dept of motor vehicles, nys attorny general and nys better business bureau to say we and yamaha are not heping him.. after all the above agencies sited with the dealer and yamaha the nut job tries to sue us in ct. small claimes court. guess what....? the judge cited with us and yamaha. now this sorry -ass cry baby still haunts us on web blogs and internet reviews. we have sold over 1700 new snowmobiles over our 16 year history and i have never ever seen such a jerk in all my years. time for this clown to get his meds changed or see a new shrink. what ever he is taking is not working. thanks for reading this review. there is always 2 sides to every story. now you have both.
