I did the mistake to read the other reviews and can tell you from my own experience that Gary is an extremely unfriendly and unrefined individual. He probably has good intentions, but they do not show up. \r \r After I placed my $4,000 order, they would be extremely rude on the phone when I had a follow up question and would simply not have time for me -- ""give us your money and do not bother us anymore!!!"" I am sure they are a hard-working team, I just never got to appreciate their service, as I had to cancel my order after I realized how the business model works. \r \r In addition, the pricing for equipment and installation they gave me was 30% higher than what Islandaire gives directly.\r \r I wasted two weeks of my time and raised my blood pressure. I would not recommend Gary and GVK Tech to anybody. \r \r Pros: If you have low blood pressure, GVK will raise it! Cons: Don't waste your time. more
