The most unprofessional experience I've had with a ""small business owner"" to date. Towed my new car at 6 am, Monday morning - the first day I had it - from my apartment complex. The office wasn't even open to get a parking decal, and so they came at SIX in the morning on Monday (can't find them anywhere on F/S when the parties are all going). Unfortunately, their posted sign says ""illegally and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense"" - and mentions NOTHING about decals. My vehicle was neither illegally parked or unauthorized, as I am a resident. When I called them to explain I was a resident, I was told by their ""customer service rep"" that it ""WASN'T HIS PROBLEM"" and he hung up on me when I expressed my amazement. Furthermore, they have NO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE. My friends have business cards with chicken scratch hand-written notes saying ""this is your second warning"" (I was towed without any notice at all). When I went to get the car, they were discourteous and disorganized. I had to wait 30 minutes at a SEPARATE location (15 minutes away from where you pay) for someone to open the gate, and RECHECK all my ID - they are EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED. These extortionist criminals need to face the facts: they're on contract and don't have to compete with anyone. Their ""Vote Republican"" banners on the front of their lawns say it all: small business owners advocate protectionism and SEIZING PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT. The only people you could get to work at these places are the degenerate criminal offenders that already work there - breasts and necks covered in tattoos and reeking of cigarettes. Professional appearance? Courteous staff? Customer Service? Nope. Just Graham's Towing. That'll be $140 please. CRIMINALS.
