This place is awesome. I always take my car here for oil changes and they are affordable and do a great job. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will try to help you get the very best deal on services and not try to sell you the most expensive option just to get your money. Recently I had a bent wheel rim and when they explained that they couldn't fix it, they gave me many options of where to go for help and patiently educated me on what to look for and how to prevent getting ripped off. I am always impressed with this type of customer service. Highly recommended! more

We took the car in for a brake 6/9/2012

We took the car in for a brake inspection. We were told it needed front and rear breaks, front and rear rotors, and a brake fluid flush. The quote was $770. I immediately called around other places. Meineke gave me a quote over the phone of $505 dollars for the same service! (Firestone told me over $800.) We eventually took the car to the dealership (KIA) for another inspection, and were told there that it ONLY needed front and rear brakes! The technician said the rotors could just be rotated, and that a brake fluid flush wasn't needed at this time. We saved over $400 dollars by NOT using Goodyear. Do not recommend. Goodyear Installed Wrong Axle 8/29/2011

On Thursday August 18, 2011 I paid Goodyear Auto Service Center, a division of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, at 811 South Gallatin Rd. $964.90 for tires and repairs on my Honda Accord. After repairs were made, the axle that Goodyear installed came off while I was driving. This incident posed a safety issue for others in my vicinity and myself. It also created additional costs for towing by Copeland?s Towing & Recovery, problem diagnosis at Trickett Honda, and transportation rental at Enterprise Rent-A-Car that their manager Dan won't reimburse me for. Goodyear?s non-acceptance of responsibility from installing what they admit was the incorrect model and size axel on my Honda Accord is unacceptable. more
