General check-up 12/20/2016

Kevin did a great job. He was more thorough than the actual company that installed our A/C unit. He gave me some tips and things to look out for, and was just a very pleasant person. GMC always has great customer service, that is why I have switched to them as my A/C company. Dean called twice to verify the appointment, and then the next day to see if there was anything that needed correcting. Thanks, GMC! more

I have delt with GMC for several years now. I find them fast, efficient and the tech I delt with the last several times is knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. His name is Jordan. They know what they're doing. You will pay but it will be done right. more

Solving the mystery 6/9/2016

The complex thermostat took mysterious actions. Several very nice, competent techs had worked on it. But none solved the problem. Eduardo diagnosed the problem correctly and came back with the solution ... I hope. At least, it's working correctly so far. more

Fast response -- great job! 6/1/2016

We had the second of our maintenance visits included in our A/C purchase. Thanks to a reminder call from Paula, we were able to have the visit before leaving Florida for the summer. In fact, Paula added us to the schedule less than 24 hours after the reminder call. I'm happy to say that our A/C was in great shape, and Bob complimented me on having such a clean house as that apparently contributes to having a clean A/C! Good feedback, and good to know. He also noticed that the filter size was incorrect on our record and he changed that. In and out, work done, in about 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier!! more

Great A/C Service 3/23/2016

We have had A/C problems for years and chose GMC to inspect our A/C and perform a new installation. Jordan was assigned to the project and as soon as he inspected our existing unit, he knew exactly what was causing our problems - an old non-efficient unit combined with air flow problems in our house. Simply replacing the unit would not have been enough to fix our problems and luckily Jordan figured this out. Now we have a new unit running with improved air flow in all rooms in our home and it is once again very comfortable. Jordan is a very knowledgeable professional and explained all work thoroughly and made sure every part of the new system was functioning perfectly before leaving. We are very happy with the results and will use GMC again for all future A/C work. more
