Dennis has been servicing our geothermal system for more than 5 years. The system has performed flawlessly, and Dennis puts the system through its paces every year around this time as he performs preventive maintenance on it. Great Customer Service 9/11/2017

Dennis came out on a service for a gas boiler that wasn't firing. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and showed us how our boiler is supposed to work. Very knowledgeable on the equipment we have in recently purchased home. more

Wonderful Service 7/10/2017

On Sunday evening we realized our oil burner was no longer functioning and we had no hot water. I filled out a contact form on the G. F. Bowman website and called first thing in the morning. The woman who answered the telephone was polite and assured me that a technician would be dispatched to our home by the end of today. Within a few hours she called me to let me know he was on his way. - Mike F. arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. He wrote up a detailed proposal, explained it to me and had the part on hand -- he installed the replacement part within minutes and our furnace was up and running again. I highly recommend G. F. Bowman and highly recommend Mike Frantz as a Service Technician. more

resolved problem with tankless hot water heater 7/7/2017

Mike was very thorough in his attempt to analys the problem, working directly with the manufacturer of the heater. Even though the problem was not resolved during his first visit, the part that was thought to be causing the problem arrived in 2 days and after a short visit to install it we had hot water. more
