The Best Price, but ALOT of automated service 11/7/2005

While Geico does have the best rates for our auto insurance. The downside with their company is that for everyday inquiries you have to go through alot of automated service menus to reach an actual person to answer your question. We have not yet had an accident or had to file a claim with this company so I do hope that service is faster in that situation..... more
