Went into the store and shopped all departments and not one sales person asked if I needed help. I have been in the home furnishings and design business for over 30 years and think this is totally unacceptable for a business. There were no customers in the store and they just lost my business as well. Will shop for my clients some place else!!!'m more

I have been shopping here for years and always find interesting and unique things, The sales staff will help you pull it all together. They have things for people just moving into their first home and wonderful things for someone furnishing his fifth! They have lots of things currently featured in the decorating magazines. I can't wait to pop in soon and see what is new. more

WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR INTERIOR STORE IN CHARLESTON 7/30/2008

I have lived in Charleston all of my life thus far. I also take interior decorating very seriously and expect good customer service when I know that I am about to drop some major moolah on furniture and such. The staff at the Mt Pleasant rates the lowest in customer service compared to other interior decorating stores in Charleston, SC. Several other women in my social network have commented the same. We all would rather give Celadon, Candelabra, and Morris S. the business or the West Ashley GDC the business. Do not waste your time in this store. more
