I wanted to do something different while drinking on a Saturday night. I haven't been bowling in almost 15 years so I checked out 300 after eating dinner in Anaheim. Most bowling alleys are in crappy strip malls but I felt safe parking in their public garage. The wait time was over 60 minutes - I'm not sure why because several lanes were vacant the entire visit. My girlfriend and I ordered drinks from the bar while we waited in the lounge. The shoes, balls and lanes were all in good condition. The atmosphere was entertaining and our waitress was very attentive. I had a fun time but don't enjoy bowling enough to drop another $100+ any time soon. more

We went with a big group and we were treated very friendly, we had to wait for like 30 minutes even though it was kind of empty and the bartender had alittle bit of an attitude, but over all our experience was great. Pros: price, staff, and location Cons: wait, bartender more

So, normally I would not write a review on an Orange County club, well not a good one anyway, as most of them are ridiculously pretentious, with long lines outside and no one inside, or they cater to the pretentious OC crowds of Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa. I have been looking for a fun place to go with my friends, where we can relax, or dance and just have fun and I found it! We went into 300 Anaheim at the Garden Walk in Anaheim on a Friday night and we were offered a lane in the private VIP room, aka Club 300. There was a DJ spinning in the club, a private bar, and we had a great cocktail waitress who made sure our drinks were full the entire night. I don't recommend the Club for smaller parties, of 2 or 3 as they charge by the hour instead of the game, but it ended up costing us less to be in the VIP room than it would on the regular lanes because there were 5 of us. The crowd at 300 Anaheim was much different than the regular OC clubgoers I am used to, everyone was having a good time, even making their own little dance floor in front of the bar. There are huge movie screens at the end of the lanes where you can watch videos or sports, depending on what you like, the food is sooo good too!! Overall the place is amazing. It is a little bit hard to find once you get to the Garden Walk, it is on the first floor right off Disney Way, right where the valet is. If you are over 21 andI looking for an OC experience without the attitude, go to Club 300 at 300 Anaheim. Tell the bartender Sam to make you a Mango Mojito Margarita, they are so good! I went their this pass weekend and had a horrible experience their. Sure, it has great ambiance and its not your average bowling ally but the service is beyond poor. My girlfriend and I ordered two drinks that took over 30 minutes to recieve and this was @ 10 PM and the place was not packed. Finally we told our cocktail waiter that we would just cancel or drinks figuring that we would be able to order them at the bar. WRONG!!! It took our cocktail waiter another 10 minutes to say that he had canceled the drink order (we waited around bc we didn't want to stiff him on the drinks if he wasn't able to cancel them.) Maybe if you are going to bowl and you could care less about drinking then go, here if not I wouldn't recommend it. PROS- ambiance CONS-super slow service, just average beverages, more

This is not your typical bowling alley! There are big screen TV's you can see from just about everywhere. It is really close to a cigar shop, an upscale club and a bar. This is an up and coming shopping center! Fun for any night of the week!! more
