G W Surfaces

We recently remodeled our kitchen and used GW Surfaces for the granite countertops. They turned out beautiful! Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our installation was on time and the pricing was competitive. We were so pleased with our kitchen we had them do our bathroom as well! We would like to thank Jerry & Rich for all their help. more

I went through Costco gfor my kitchen granite. They sent out GW Surfaces. The job was incomplete as they left a 1"" gap between the granite and my countertops. \r I spoke with Rich and nothing was done about it. It cost me a lot of money to repair what they had done. They also left my home a mess with granite dusty everywhere. They never gave us any information on getting prepred for thjeir lousy service and terrible job.\r I would stay away from them and don't make the mistake that I did and pay them before they finished the job. \r I would have given them 0 stars, but it was not an option. more

From start to finish this has been a wonderful experience!\r \r We had Zodiac put in our new kitchen and it is fantastic. The employee's at GW Surfaces are so professional and very pleasant to deal with! Always on time and very good at what they do! more

We used GW Surfaces via Costco to replace our kitchen counter tops with granite. They did a great job and we are totally satisfied with their work. They came on time as promised to take the measurements and demolish the old tops. Once they realized we have a 4 year old kid they decided to demolish and install the new top on the same day instead leaving us without a kitchen for 10 days. We really appreciated their gesture. As the previous reviewer mentioned the techs were very friendly, accommodating and answered all the questions we had. I will not hesitate at all to use GW surfaces to do the rest our work in future. BTW we got a very good price break (more than 50%) by going thru Costco. We initially got quotations from three companies and Costco gave us the lowest and GWS did a beautiful job. more

When it came to remodeling our kitchen, we just couldn't find a contractor we could trust. We interviewed three companies and it wasn't unitl we found GW Surfaces that I finally felt comfortable.\r \r They came in and measured my cabinets and answered all my questions, and you can bet I had a TON of questions. It took about 10 days for them to custom make my granite countertops. When they came back to install them it was like watching a ballet. The installer was easy to talk to, made sure I was clear on what to expect before he started, and then went about his business quickly. \r \r By 3:30 pm I had a whoe new kitchen! It's absolutely gorgeous. \r \r The only problem I had with GW Surfaces is that because my kitchen looked so good it made my bathrooms look rather shabby so I had to have them back to replace those with Corian. Now my whole house looks like a brand new home. My neighbors are completely envious. \r \r I LOVE IT!\r \r Pros: Great Communication, Show up when they say, great quality Cons: 10 days w/o tops, lots of dust more
