We were part of this location for roughly 3 months. Master Tubbs appears to be a good instructor , but he rarely was there. Master Joe is a good replacement, but spends a lot of class playing games like dodge ball. This would be fine for someone wanting to get basic instructions in Taekwondo and some exercise, except it is not run like a business. The people that run the front desk and organize classes and events do NOT communicate well with the parents. We ended up missing practices and events because they couldn?t send a simple email. It might be acceptable if they were really busy; however, as you wait in class, they are mostly goofing off and causing distractions. Also, never pay for an event in advance as once your money leaves your hands, it will never be returned, regardless if it is their mistake.
