We purchased a new outside replacement unit with 5 yr parts and labor warranty in July 2006. After, installation and full payment, unit stopped working and required service 3 times prior to winter. Vendor attempted to charge us on third trip. In Spring 2008, unit stopped working and needed complete replacement. Called company for service and they refused to honor warranty. Had to call local distrbutor for York to get issue resolved.
