I lived in their lofts above Beerworks for two years. The experience was positive overall. Rent was fair, utilities were cheap, and minor maintenance issues were resolved fairly quickly. I ended up breaking my lease a month early, but found a replacement to sign a 13-month lease. With some resistance, they were nice enough to even refund me their standard lease breakage fee.
