So I came in for a cut and blow-dry and who would of known what an amazing, artistic place I would see! The salon was BEAUTIFUL and the experience was amazing as well. Quynhmy had the most gentle but yet reassuring touch with the whole service. I felt so relaxed after the mini scalp massage, shampoo and blow-dry. It was quite an experience. She pampered me when I first walk through the door to the very end of the service. I felt beautiful when I walked out of the salon because of my new hair cut and style, she gave me the cutest bangs that complemented my face. She is a very talented young lady and will go far in this business, make an appointment with her before she fills up!! Thank you G Michael salon!! more

seriously .... it's a great experience from start to finish. i was completely freaked out to go to another salon, but my stylist of 13 years closed his salon and took a corporate position outta state. so what's a guy to do, right? THEY GO TO G MICHAEL SALON!! i honestly don't think i've ever had a better cut. the place is awesome. they're prompt - engaging - and actually listen to what look you're after. the only negative thing i could think of is figuring out how the heck to get out of that building! i swear it goes on for ever - i seriously had to say "Marco?" to find my way out one time. i spilled my vodka/cran and everything! this salon's a keeper :-) more

My Mom actually convinced me to come here, as she's been raving about Greg for awhile now! When I showed up (taking my Mom's appointment no less) everyone was so friendly and accomodating! Greg had me hop in the chair and got right to work, he sure knows what he's doing! He gave me an awesome cut and color, and even provided styling tips along the way! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable stylist! more

I have to say I was very nervous going to yet another hair stylist in Indianapolis after already trying out 5 others that failed miserably!! I moved back to the midwest after living in San Francisco for 13 years. I had the same colorist for 9 of those years. I like it simple....my brown hair with beige blonde highlights. Sounds easy enough, right?! Wrong!! I went to some of the top salons in Indy, I won't name them because I am not that mean. After 5 failed attempts and my hair turning orange/copper and poorly applied foils leaving my hair with leapord type stripes I had had it!! I spent seriously thousands of dollars on my hair and it was getting worse and worse. The last person/woman I went to not only charged an arm and a leg but made me feel awful because I didn't like what she did, like I was insulting her work. I was like lady if you charge this much you should be making my hair perfect!! On top of all of this my wedding is fast approaching(May 14th) Finally I found Greg and thank goodness I did!! Just in time for my wedding. He is amazing!! He not only was right on schedule(didnt make me wait 30-40minutes like the last person I went to) but took his time with me and listened to me and knew exactly what the issues were with my hair!!! Joe is wondeful as well!! They are an extremely friendly staff and make you feel very special while there.(got a hand massge while waiting for my hair to process) My hair is on it's way to being back to the way it was when I lived in California and I am so happy I finally found a home for my hair needs!! I highly recommend Greg! more

I walked into the salon which looked very stylish and had the most friendly staff. I've finally found someone who knows what to do with my hair and what cut goes with my face shape. The salon itself is really relaxing, and Greg is awesome - he's confident and kind, and did an amazing job on my cut and color - and hand massage!! He also did my eyebrows, which I hadn't even scheduled initially, but Greg accommodated me without question, and they look SO much better. I scheduled my next appointment before I left, because I'm definitely returning - I've never felt more welcomed - and had such professional service. Love it! more

(What a fantastic staff!) The salon decor is stylish, intimate and comfortable. Greg listened, consulted and then proceeded to give me the best hair cut since...um...ever! I walked in with boring hair and walked out with the cutest, most stylish hair I've had in many years. People stop to compliment me and ask, "Who cut your hair?!" I haven't found a salon like this since I left Seattle. The salon is stylish and a little funky and the stylists are funny, interesting and most of all knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what I wanted. All I could do is give Greg some guidelines and he was able to work within those guidelines to give me a great cut and color--even my in-laws noticed my hair and said it looked great! I can highly recommend Greg and his team. more

The awhhhh when you walk in to the main building obviously captures your eye, as well as the many other salons HOWEVER, something special seeps out as you open the door to G MICHAEL Salon. It was a positive & friendly enviorment waiting to sweep you off your feet & make you feel damn good!! Great Karma lingered throughout the air. Quynhmy was professional at it's best as we easily carried a conversation and laughed. It was as if my girlfriend was treating my hair : ) Q with her gentle & magical fingers made my hair tingle for days...I had the deep conditioning treatment, ohhh but not before the scalp massage they give almost everyone before you start, HOW COOL is that?!!!! I was sad to leave : ( I was left with a warm fuzzy feeling that made me want to be part of their family.
