I started going to GH Personal Training around three years ago with chronic back problems and I was 20 pounds overweight. I had been to other personal trainers and I never had amazing results so I would hit a roadblock, quit, and wait another year before trying again. I thought it was me, but now I know better.
Pros: Professional, Educational, Results Oriented, Caring
Cons: It ain't cheap but it's worth it
