Terrible customer service 3/10/2015

Customer Beware!! I bought a heater from them 1 year ago and have had two problems with it. First was a water leak that has rusted through the top and bottom level of the heater. The technician told me the leak was due their own faulty installation, and it was the company who installed it. Second, the fan motor went out and took them 4 days to fix. My house was 60 degrees for those 4 days. I asked that they replace the entire heater unit due to these major issues and the owner refused. This is only one year old heater. more

Install furnace & thermostat / duct cleaning 2/4/2015

Tyler & Mike, the G&G installers of the Rheem R96V with EcoNet thermostat, were professional and low key (thats a compliment). Next they performed a complete duct cleaning. They are competent and trustworthy. I recommend G&G for your future heating needs and preventative maintenance program. more

A+ Quality Work 12/8/2014

All employees that worked here were courteous, friendly and dedicated to their work. Finished work is picture perfect, clean and takes up very little space. Highly recommend G & G heating to family and friends. Although he took longer than estimated, job was completed with utmost attention to getting it right and looking good to boot. more

Outstanding! They really look out for their clients! 10/8/2014

We bought a new high-end gas range and needed a new gas line installed. They were quick to come and give an estimate that was very reasonable. On the day of the install appointment, they ran into some issues and clearly explained what was going on. They said they would prefer to wait for the appliance to be delivered to be sure where to put the line/fixture. They squeezed me in for two days after the range came in and installed the line and the range for me in just a couple of hours. I was very impressed with their concern over the quality of work!! You just don't see that much anymore! I will definitely use G & G Heating again, as well as refer them to friends, family and neighbors! more

I have had G&G Heating come in do work on my old furnace and decided to have them come in to bid for a new furnace that will be compatible with a heat pump in the future. Every person that has come in and done work at our home has been nothing but professional and friendly. great job, only thing wrong was newer thermostat was not provided. Their worker told me he would request a new one... will have to wait to see if they follow up with it. more
