VERY professional folks from offie staff to installers. Went way beyond the basic service to get our home heated when the furnace quit working. I was on facebook recommending G and G heating to my family and friends as they were pulling out of the driveway. more

Excellent 11/24/2015

We are long time customers of G&G Heating and Air Conditioning. Gary, Glena, their technicians and staff all have excellent qualifications. They were punctual for all of their appointments. The technicians worked quickly and efficiently to install our new furnace in a timely fashion. They took extra time to demonstrate the furnace functions and answered all of our questions. They removed their shoes when inside our quarters; cleaned and vacuumed their work area and hauled all the debris away. Our high efficiency furnace is working well to make our home comfortable. We will continue to use G& G for all of our heating, air conditioning and hot water needs. We highly recommend that everyone considers G&G for their home comfort needs. more

Accessibility! 10/5/2015

We had G & G taking care of furnace needs at our previous house-- they kept the old boiler running far longer than it might have without their expert care, but now we've moved and wouldn't trust our brand new system to anybody else. What we love is the easy access to appointments & information. Just a phone call away and the service is so cordial and complete. Local folks care more than out of towners! more

Good overall 9/30/2015

The man who assesed the time needed for our job did not allow enough time. He allowed 1 1/2 days, and it took 2 full work days. We were without heat for a day as a result. Otherwise it was very well done. more

Cleaned, sealed and did maintenance on duct work. Installed a new gas furnace. 9/24/2015

We are extremely satisfied with the work G&G did at our home. They not only installed a new gas furnace, but also sealed, cleaned and did maintenance on the duct system. Our home now stays a consistent temperature throughout. Tyler Gibson, the foreman, has a great understanding of all phases of the work that was done. We would recommend G&G to anyone needing their services! more

From the minute the representative first came to my home to give me the estimate to the time the actual installation was completed, all of my experience with this company was wonderful. The individual people were prompt, courteous, and diligent in everything they did. They went out of their was to make certain that I understood how to set/modify the thermostat and other important information. I have already given my highest recommendation to other people. more

Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Crew or Better Results. 8/21/2015

The G & G Heating & Air Conditioning crew and electrician were right on time. They were all very pleasant and professional. They answered all my questions, and when they were finished with the installation they showed me how to detach the unit in the winter so that I can cover it. I was also shown how to use the new thermostat. I have used G & G services in the past and they are the best! more
