I had a number of issues with the billing and the delivery of my carpets. The salesman tried his best, but there were a few communication errors. However, the worse was: on the day of the expected delivery, when the carpet did not arrive, I called the store. The manage insisted that he spoke with my husband who canceled the delivery. I was sure that this was not possible as my husband was not home. Rather than think that perhaps he called the wrong party, Blaise, the manager said, ""your husband is a damn liar and I will see you in court."" I hung up, shocked that he spoke with me this way. However, I called back and asked him the number that he called and informed him that phones had caller id and that none of our phones had his number that day. The carpet was then delivered. This was really shocking and no apology was offered. This was after they overcharged my credit card and forgot about another delivery date.
