G & C Honda

I went to G&C Honda after going locally to Honda Dealers in Rosepine/DeRidder, Lake Charles and having to sue Loewers in Alexandria. \r \r From day 1 when I went in the store, I was greeted within 2 or 3 minutes, helped with picking out the Honda Goldwing I wanted and moved to the paperwork specialist who had my loan within 25 minutes. I picked my bike up on the next business day. I bought the PIT PASS which is a service agreement that pays for all routine maintance on the bike including parts (oil, filters, etc.) and was out the door. That was Oct 2008, and I now have 75K miles on the bike and all maintainance was done by them. I even had my trike kit that I bought from them put on there. The staff in all sections are so nice, they know you by name, and have gone out of their way to make sure I get what I need. \r \r Their mechanics are great, fast and go way beyond the call of duty to point out anything that looks bad or going bad.\r \r I now drive past Alexandria and Natchotiches to get to Shreveport but it is worth it to go to a place that appreciates your business and knows how to treat their customers.\r \r Robert Partigianoni\r Leesville, LA\r more

G & C Honda in Shreveport had some REALLY POOR SERVICE...I was trying to buy a 4 wheeler...Need help with some financing and they said I was not approved...they never said why I didn't get approved. But that is not the point I want to make. They never told me how or what I could do to get the financing. The sale person had no idea how much money I could or would have not put down. They never asked. Just because I'm young doesn't make me a ""BAD"" customer. It was obvious that they did not want to work with ME. I was there for 3 hours and no help from no one. I actaully had to carry my own credit app. to the back. I have never felt so pushed aside before. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND G & C HONDA. more
