Don't let the La Habra address fool you, this place would easily fit in somewhere with let's say, more upscale tastes.
I had heard good things about this place and a few of us decided to try it for lunch today. I recommend calling your order in as this is not frozen, pre-made stuff so it will not be ready in 2 minutes.
I don't eat beef, so it was a toss up between the BLT and the grilled cheese but I wasn't really in the mood for melted cheese.
The BLT was great! Excellent bun, juicy tomato, and crisp greens were tasty. I had requested no mayo, but it was heavy on the chipotle so it added spice without making me gag. My only negative (which most would actually consider sacrilegious!) is the fact that it contained too much bacon. Yeah, that's not a typo. The two types of bacon were delish, but seriously it was 2 inches of bacon so I had to pull some out. Did I eat it outside of the sandwich? Maybe.
The fries were good, and had fresh-seeming herbs on them. By the time I got back to work they were no longer hot, but still pretty good.
Also in our order were some burgers, a club that also looked amazing, and one of the best looking veggie sandwiches I've ever seen.
Please eat here, we need to bring more establishments like this to La Habra!
