Dear Future Ford of Roseville, \r \r We hereby do solemnly promise NEVER to purchase, trade-in or do ANY vehicle transactions with your company again. \r Even though we’ve won this intellectual battle, this letter serves as a cautionary tale of how dealerships, such as you, conduct business with unsuspecting customers with a YO YO SCAM!! Who would’ve thought that a CERTIFIED RESCIND LETTER sent to our home would be considered a Prop for buying your finance dept more time and not an actual legal document that it actually is. \r That fact of the matter is that in your quest for a sale, commission and so called “commitment to your customers”; you’ve become blinded as you have undoubtedly lost your sense of humanity by cheaply selling your souls for GREED!! THIS IS FOR SALES DEPARTMENT: I just bought a car from these guys last month and I have to admit the service was better than okay, they skip the nonsense and answer your questions with facts, which made my car buying process relatively fast. That finance guy was real fast too, I just said I will take it and they asked me to wait inside and if I wanted a nice cold beverage, five minutes later the guy had the paperwork ready for me, even though he was fast he still took to the time to make sure I understood what iw as signing. The price they were offering was decent - more or less along the lines of what some dealer websites were offering. The overall I would say its not a bad place better than most other dealerships ive been too. more

I absolutely love Future Ford im used to really creepy car repair men but everyone here is friendly and have never made me feel uncomfortable. My dad always warned me when getting anything done to my car that people will typically try to take advantage of women because they assume they don?t know anything about cars, they are right when it comes to me, so when I came by to get my oil changed they told me it was going to forty-five dollars for a synthetic oil change, so I called my dad and he told me that?s reasonable, so of course I left my car with them and came back to find they had cleaned my car! Great service and friendly people! more

Good place for service and to buy a car! 4/1/2012

I stopped by on my lunch break to check out a used Jeep on their lot. The sales person that approached me was very helpful and not pushy. The suv was in pretty good shape and had low miles and had a descent price. I was able to talk them down to a price I could afford and we made a deal. I was in and out in about an hour! The warranty was also priced really well and so was the rate. I drive to Roseville to get my oil changes every few months and they are always quick and friendly. more

The guys were really nice and funny but professional at the same tim I got off work late but they were nice enough to finish my deal at 10pm there was no b.s. and no slacking they kept their word and gave me a great experience, I must recommend Future Ford to everyone! more

Location: Roseville Service: They are cool. Friendly, coordial. As long as you service my car and make sure it works then I'm a happy camper. Wait time: An oil change will take you about 30-40 mins. They have waitin' areas around the corner, if you want to walk 10 mins than you'll find a john?s pizza soon enough. I've been coming to here since 2009. The service department will get you in and out and they will slap that great sticker on the top left hand corner of your windshield tellin' you when the next time your oil is due for service as well. I'm actually pretty happy with their service. The End. more

Fast and friendly 1/1/2012

I broke my car key, needed a recall repaired, and new wiper blades. I came here, and the service was very friendly. Aside from the uber-expensive new key, I had a good experience. I really don't understand why it costs 140 bucks for a new key, while new wiper blades are only 12 dollars. Alas, a few hours and a hundred bucks later, I can say I was pleased. Fast and friendly service gets me every time. more

A friend introduced Greg and future ford to my family and I, about 6 years ago. My parents were looking to find a small economical car that would fit our budget. Greg took his time to show us numerous options, and no matter how much we liked or disliked a car, he never tried to push us. he went from a used Escape to a New Fusion without complaining once. It took us a week to find an adequate vehicle. His knowledge of cars was extremely useful as well. Five Stars Future Ford! more

When I first moved to the Roseville the first thing i wanted was a new Fusion after driving around trying to familiarize myself with the area I discovered Future Ford, the landscape looks nice and the service is friendly. One of the things i really liked about the place were the staff, every one of them had a ncie smile and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I have been interested in the Fusion for a while so when a salemen approached me I was ready to talk business, their prices are really reasonable compared to what I have seen back in my hometown and the people in finance are way nicer too more
