We've used Via Maid Services for several years at our Decatur home. However, 2+ years ago they scratched the our cooktop. They agreed to address the problem and committed many, many times to resolve the problem in short order. Apparently they committed to resolve the problem, such as the email excerpt below, just so we would leave them alone....until the next time we bugged them and the circle of broken commitments would continue.\r

The excerpt above is from an email response dated March 10, 2011 to one of the recent iterations of this issue cycle. As I'm sure you can guess, the issue still is not resolved after 2+ years.\r
