Terrific Service 10/4/2010

Laine is a great, friendly stylist. I've got very thick, unruly hair, and she's been able to help find a style that really works for me. She knows I'm a busy mom and I don't have a ton of time to spend on my hair, so her tips are quick and easy. I've started bringing my three-year-old daughter to Laine as well. My daughter absolutely adores her and is always asking when we can go see her again. Laine gives her a quality cut that we never got at the "kids" salons. The overall service at Future Concepts is second to none. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I don't live in the area, but it's well worth the drive! more

I have been going to Laine for 3 years now. She does a great job and I always get compliments on my hair. She is a great stylist with an awesome creative touch. She is very friendly and always gives me a warm welcome. The salon itself is an awesome atmosphere to be in. When I walk in I truely feel relaxed and that I am there to be pampered! I would recommend Laine and the salon to anyone, you will not be disappointed! more

Awesome! 9/23/2010

I've been seeing Laine for my hair for some time now. She has awesome tips on how I can achieve the "fresh from the salon" styles at home! I'm not very fussy with my hair so any little tip she can provide is welcome! If i ever have questions about products she always has a quick answer. As for the salon itself, I know it was recently remodeled and they did a great job! Its got a really chill/relaxing vibe-a place where you can really enjoy yourself! I would definetly recommend their services, I am planning on going in for a wax and massage soon! more

I was pleased my first experience with Ashley. Ashley was so helpful choosing my hair style and color. She friendly and so professional. Everybody ,who work there, was very friendly and smily face. This was my first time at this spa and also my first time getting a Brazilian wax The place is so clean and "zen" like and the staff was so friendly! I felt immediately comfortable. I will definitely go back! more

Great Spa & Salon 7/29/2010

My first time to FC, I spent a full day there. I had a facial and brow wax and pedi and massage. They threw in a free shampoo and style, which was an awesome perk ... and the first visit they don't accept tips. I have been back for waxing with both Christy and Emily, and they are both amazing. I am planning a trip back with girlfriends for a little pampering!! Trying Ashley for cut/color and will report back, but excited based on the previous reviews about her. Sarah was an attentive hairdresser 6/15/2010

I was pleased with my expierence at Future Concepts. They first don't have you tip when it is your first visit and that was nice since I was given a gift card. Sarah listened and asked me to explain how I wanted my highlights. She toned it down and put in half as many as I thought they were going to do which I really liked. She gave me a hand massage which was unecpected, while I waited under the hair dryer. I would reccommend this place and try there other services! I loved my hair! Awesome Experience 5/29/2010

I spent the afternoon at Future Concepts and had an amazing time. The salon was very helpful with suggestions and did a wonderful job with both color and cut. The spa was very relaxing and refreshing with professional services. Above all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ask about prices BEFOREHAND 5/20/2010

I was very angry when I made an appointment for a full foil with Christina, and she looked at my hair and said, "Oh, you want a hairline-to-hairline foil. That's different than a full foil and will be $99 (nearly twice as much as I was told a full foil would cost with this stylist)." I have been coloring my hair for most of my life, and this is the first I've heard of "hairline to hairline." None of my friends who color their hair have either. Who would want a full foil that stopped at your ears? You could never wear your hair up! Ridiculous! I'll never go back. Pros: Nice salon Cons: The old bait and switch with coloring more

This is where to spend an afternoon 4/26/2010

My mom and I spent the afternoon doing the "relax" package at Future Concepts which included a massage, a pedicure, a manicure, and a blow out and styling of our hair afterwards. It was SO reasonably priced that I was a little worried about what our experience would be like. Let me tell you that I have already shared with many friends that this is the place to spend an afternoon. The massages were wonderful and the pedicures and manicures were fabulous as well. Excellent cut and service 11/13/2009

An excellent cut and great service from Laine. I have short hair and finding a good stylist at a reasonable price has been quite a challenge. Laine talked with me at length about my cut, was thorough in understanding what I wanted, and gave me the best cut I've had yet, and all at a very reasonable price. She was professinal, thorough and sincerely wanted to understand what I wanted in a cut. I'd highly recommend her, especially for short hair cuts. Terrible hair experience 10/14/2009

I went to Morgan for a body perm and asked her if she thought it was OK to get highlights as well. She said yes. (In the past I had been told to wait a couple weeks before doing both.) But I had been referred to Morgan and thought she knew what she was doing. I was wrong! The highlights FRIED my hair plus they were not the caramel color I requested by white blonde. I was referred to Future Concepts by a friend and was extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend Emily for waxing and facial and Morgan for color. Both women were both friendly and professional. Pros: Wide range of services/talented stylists! more
