I googled for Thai restaurants in Beaverton that have a free delivery. Fusion Thai Cuisine popped up first, so I clicked on the link and checked out their online menu. This restaurant used to be called Original Thai. There is a minimum order of $25 for free delivery, but that wasn't an issue. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge. For starters, I ordered the crab rangoon. Most restaurants serve their crab rangoon in wonton skins with very little cream cheese and crab filling. Their crab rangoon was stuffed with the usual cream cheese and crab filling, but they added some amazing spices to it. Next, I order the tom kha soup with shrimp. The soup had the perfect balance of spice, lime and coconut flavor. Finally, I thought I would try something from their fusion menu. I decided to go with one of my favorite noodles dishes called drunken noodles aka "Pad Kee Mao." Traditionally, this noodle dish is served with wide rice noodles, but they have taken it to another level. They serve it with linguine noodles, Italian herbs and spices. It's topped off with parmesan cheese and a grilled Thai porkchop. The porkchop was grilled just right, nice and juicy. I have to say this is one of the most wonderful dishes that I've ever experienced. The best thing of all is that this tasty food was at my door steps in like 35 minutes and delivery was FREE!!!
